We are desired by the Honourable Mr. C.Montague Ede to return herewith the draft Conditions proposed by the Govern- ment regarding the piece of Crown land proposed to be known as the Portuguese Reservation Area, together with additional

Observations which are attached.

We have the honour to refer you to our letter of the

7th February last in which we intimated the names of the proposed Trustees, but, owing to the departure from the Colony of the Hon. Mr.C.H.Ross, we are instructed to state that the Hon.Mr„David Landale will now join with Sir Paul Chater, Mr.N.J.Stabb and the Hon. Mr.C.Montague Ede as the

proposed Trustees.
